Our original website, believe it or not, still exists due to its plethora of resources and because five years after the launch of this website, we’re still pulling resources, research and much more across. Fifteen years of research into teaching Writing. Numerous Writing Teachers groups up and down the country. Occasional visits from National Writing Projects in the USA and Australia. Residential experiences. Virtual meetings and lockdown writing. More social media changes than you can waggle your favourite pen at*. Five years of the ‘new’ website (thanks Squarespace!). Watch this space as we update and rejuvenate this site some more, take stock and prepare for the next 15 years…

*yes, that does end with a preposition. On purpose.

How do we follow this?

As everyone who has ever worked in Education and teaching knows, things change. All. The. Time. So how do we develop our reflective practice, support each other and empower future writers to succeed beyond the constraints of the curriculum and the system? Your guess is as good as ours - which is why we need you to guide us.
